There is a wide variety of self-catering accommodation in Salcombe but our cottage is special.

Uniquely, it is entirely run by our family, and certainly it is one of very few rental properties directly on the waterfront.

It is a delightful early 19th century Grade II listed fisherman’s cottage at the water’s edge, in a sunny south facing position with direct views over the harbour and estuary towards East Portlemouth and South Pool Creek.

Two bedrooms, one with 6ft double bed and the second bedroom with bunk beds.

Boats & Mooring

A Pontoon berth at our reserved space on Victoria Quay pontoon can be available by arrangement.

Parking Provided

One reserved space at Shadycome car park, 2 mins flat walk from the cottage.

Our Salcombe Holiday Cottage

The property is 19th Century, Grade II listed and is situated directly on the waterfront in Salcombe.

It is within a few minutes level walk from the centre of the village with its restaurants, village shops and other amenities including a ferry service to the sandy beaches.

The cottage has a sitting room, large kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It has fabulous outside space with a lovely, sunny terrace over looking the estuary.

Salcombe is a stunning coastal town situated in the South Hams at Devon’s southernmost tip.

It is popular with visitors who come to enjoy seaside holidays, walking holidays and water sports all year round.

With a plethora of restaurants, pubs and shops it’s a great base to explore south Devon.
