Victoria Quay is located on the waterfront in Salcombe. In the map below it is the row of houses immediately behind the larger of the
two sets of pontoon berths in the centre of the picture. Number 9 is at the right of the row of four cottages.
From the village of Malborough you approach Salcombe via the A381 (Main Road). Just after West End Garage on the right hand side of the road – take the next turning left into Onslow Road. Follow the road down a steep hill towards the sea. Towards the bottom of the hill you will see the church on the left hand side. Turn left immediately after the church into Church Street. Church Street runs into Island Street – park on this junction (on a double yellow line – which is OK for unloading!) and walk along the pathway past the Rest Centre for the Elderly towards the sea. Our cottage is the end of terrace – with the palm tree in the garden.
